1. No Parties/Events – ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ARE ALLOWED! If you are found to have a party/event or more people are in the unit than you list on your reservation, you accept full responsibility of any city fines, lawsuits that result from any actions of you or your guests during your reservation. Also, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. 2. Check-in 4 PM / Checkout 11 AM sharp – Full instructions sent on arrival day via platform messages. 3. No Smoking – NO SMOKING MARIJUANA. NO SMOKING CIGARETTES. NO SMOKING PERIOD! If there is a smell of any kind of smoke in the property, deodorizing fees START at $500 and will be charged back to the guest. If you smoke, go outside. WE ARE VERY SERIOUS ABOUT THIS. Any smoke odor = $500+ fee. Smoking must be outside the property. 4. Noise – If we receive a noise complaint, we immediately call the police. There are no warnings. We will also keep 100% of your security deposit. 5. Occupancy – Maximum occupancy is the number of guests you indicated on your reservation. If it is found that there are more guests than indicated on the reservation, you will lose 100% of your security deposit. 6. Cleanliness – Please leave the suite as you found it: clean all dishes, return them, and take out the trash before you leave. Please note that new guests may be checking in on the same day. 7. Wifi/Cable – Wifi is strong, but not guaranteed 100% uptime; outages may affect cable. Contact us if it's down. 8. Furniture – No moving furniture, even temporarily. If furniture is moved, a fee of $100 will be charged for each piece that needs to be returned to its original place. 9. Firearms, weapons, and illegal items are prohibited on or near our property. Safe, quiet and clean home for 4 nights for my family and me. The place is brand new. Two & half bathrooms. Comfy beds. Close proximity to shopping & restaurants also downtown Seattle. We enjoyed our stay.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful, newly built home. The space was spotless, filled with natural light, and thoughtfully decorated with great quality furnishings. Every corner of the house felt welcoming and well taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and helpful whenever we had questions, which made the experience even better. The only small downside was that the garage was quite tight, which made parking a bit stressful. While there’s street parking available, we still chose to use the garage (we had a small car). Just something to keep in mind if you're bringing a larger vehicle. Other than that, everything was perfect, and we would definitely stay here again!
