★ INFORMATIONS ★ ☆ PARKING ☆ For your safety, all non-residents of the Waikiki Landmark parked on level 2 and 4 please use elevator 9, located next to Century 21 on the first floor. Those parked on levels 5 and above use elevator 8, located next to Landmark Realty on the first floor. Please send us the information of car brand, model, color, license plate number and your driver’s license number for garage registration. No drop-offs or pickups are permitted at the Waikiki Landmark's main entrance driveway (porte cochère). Never use the roll-up garage gate to enter or exit; it is for emergency vehicles only. ☆ PETS ☆ We warmly welcome pets to our unit, and there is an additional pet fee of $30 per stay that must be settled prior to check-in. However, please be aware that we do allow only 1 dog (under 30 lbs) or 1 cat (under 20 lbs) per stay. Please register your pet at the front desk. Pets with aggressive behaviors are not allowed. ☆ PORTABLE AC ☆ Just wanna t you now that we have added portable AC inside the room for your added comfort. ☆ WASHER & DRYER ☆ A quick heads up that it's a building SHARED laundry with multiple payment options ($3 per load) and you can use your card to pay. ☆ AIR CONDITION ☆ Just giving a heads up that we do have Central AC and 2 Dyson cooling fan for added convenience. ☆ NO CABLE☆ Please note that we do not provide cable TV in the house. House Rules for Your Stay: ********Important******** - Shared Pool: Disposing of trash, loitering, or urinating in the pool, and placing items that may cause blockages; non-compliance incurs penalty fees. No lifeguard/security on site; responsibility for child/member safety lies with guests. Any drowning or emergency incidents are beyond our control; contact your travel insurance for assistance. 1. Extra Guests - No additional guests beyond the specified limit. A fee of $50 per extra guest will be charged. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. 2. No Parties: - Parties are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized gatherings will result in a fine of $800. 3. No Smoking: - Smoking of any kind is prohibited within the property. A $300 fee will be charged for violating this rule. 4. Quiet Hours: - Maintain quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am. Respect the peace and privacy of neighbors 5. Pets Policy: We do allow pets in our home. Pet fee: $30 per stay Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets (pay special attention to the expensive sofa). Please bring sheets to cover beds and or furniture. Clean up after your pet prior to departure. Should you not clean up after your pet, there will be an additional $200 fee related to pet waste. If you bring pet without notifying us, there will be a penalty of $100 per pet. 6. No Furniture Movement: - Do not rearrange or move furniture within the property. Furniture is placed for both aesthetic and safety reasons. 7. No Third-Party Bookings: - Only the person whose government-issued photo ID matches the booking details is allowed to stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted. 8. Prohibited Items: - Fireworks, sparklers, rockets, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property. 9. Illegal Activities: - No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund. 10. Parking: - Follow the parking instructions provided in the check-in message. We are not liable for towing or ticketing on street parking. 11. Toiletries and Essentials: - Initial toiletries, cooking essentials, shampoo, and soap are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. 12. Cleanliness and Issues: - Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly. Claims without proper documentation will fall into NO REFUND. 13. Cancellation Policy: - Emergencies, family issues, sickness, canceled flights, or changes in plans are beyond our scope and NO REFUND. 14. Internet Service: - High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refunds for outages, speed, access problems, or personal preferences. 15. Plumbing Guidelines: - Only flush toilet paper; no feminine products or "flushable" wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum $175 charge for damages and repairs. 16. Linens and Towels: - No daily housekeeping is provided. Do not take towels or linens from the property. 17. No Loitering: -Avoid loitering in common areas and the whole house. Be mindful of the spaces and respect the privacy of owners and neighbors. 18. Liability Waiver: - Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless from any personal injury or property damage. The Airbnb fit my family of 3 comfortably! It was nice to have a full size kitchen that included everything you needed. We were visiting family so we always came home with left overs and had a fridge to store it and appliances to warm it up. The hosts were truly the best part, they were responsive and had clear instructions on check-in/check-out. They checked in on us during our week stay which was really considerate. They even left us some goodies to welcome us on our first day. It was a good location right on the edge of Waikiki but still was walking distance to some cafes/restaurants. There was also a parking lot of food trucks a block away in case you wanted something quick in the evening. We were so grateful for the parking included! It saved us a lot of money and the parking felt really safe for our rental. We had an assigned space so it made it even better. We’d book this Airbnb for our next visit!

Awesome stay! The location is a major plus, just a 10-minute walk to the beach. We grabbed some quick bites from the food cart in the corner, and having a 7-Eleven nearby was super convenient. But what really made our stay stand out was our host, the host He's super friendly and kept us updated about everything we needed to know. Communication was seamless, and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

The place is near multiple bus lines which are cheaper overall and have A/C + not crowd. It is also next to many convenience stores and the food trucks area. There is a Don Quijote 2-3 bus stop away which offers what's missing at a reasonable price. Walking distance to a beach next to the Hilton. The host is always quick to respond when I need some help. The apartment is cool even when outside is burning. The apartment is a bit dated, but it has all the basic house appliances. However, the pan was a bit too sticky and have to scrub real hard to wash off the stucked food.

There was a lot of space for my friends and myself, and the bed felt super comfortable. The view on the balcony was beautiful and I would just stare at the toads and the people. I liked hoe the kitchen had most of the appliances that we needed as well, i was worried i’d have to bring plates and utensils. Overall it was comfortable, and it was really peaceful.

I really enjoy the state in this Airbnb. The hose was amazing responsive it was great location and the foods in the surrounded areas was amazing. I definitely recommend this place.

It is within walking distance to restaurants, city center and beach. If you want to drive around the island, we have rented a parking spot next to the building and we can provide it for you for free during your stay. There are also free parkings at street if you have more than one car. Other transportation options like bicycles and electric scooters are also available.
